Triveda brought an exciting design challenge to Stan Agency for its kumkumadi infused argan oil. This product needed a medicine bottle label design to accompany the medicine box design. This unique order lead to an innovative and simple design solution that met all the requirements available.

Research as a Custom Label Design Firm

Our first step was diving into the markets where the medicine label design would appear, including the USA. That was followed by examining Triveda’s existing brand, which was natural and nature forward. This research provided the necessary design inspiration for an innovative medicine bottle label design.

Bonus Challenge

This medicine label design challenge featured one particular problem. In markets like the USA, there is an inherent distrust of herbal medicine. Many people doubt its effectiveness out of hand. Therefore, we needed a professional pharmaceutical label design that encouraged people to pick it up and established a basic level of trust.

Design Inspiration

The Triveda brand provided a wealth of inspiration for this project. Its well-established brand focused on nature, which helped us pick out design elements for the medicine design label. Additionally, we looked at other medicine bottle label designs to determine what colors suffer overuse in the market and went the opposite direction in design.

Narrowing Down the Final Options

The Stan Agency design team produced several innovative concepts for Triveda’s new medicine label design. Ultimately, we decided to work the pharmaceutical design label with the product, which is a vibrant gold color. From there, the team narrowed down which design elements best represented the brand and produced a combined medicine label design.

Result

Triveda began using the new medicine label design as soon as its packaging company could produce it. Once the new medicine bottle label design was on the shelves, Triveda began seeing an increase in sales and a growth in its customer base. The change allowed them to expand other product lines.

The new Triveda medicine label design for its infused argan oil featured a large golden leaf of a similar shade to the oil. From there, we kept the pharmaceutical label design simple with a white background and easy to read black font. We look forward to Triveda’s next project as they bring its line of herbal medicine to the world.
