The first design step is research. We examined the target markets for Synergy BioNaturals’ B-Calmed product, including the USA. Then we analyzed similar professional paper packaging designs from the competition. This revealed some interesting market trends.

Bonus Challenge

CBD is a controversial subject in many nations. This leads to consumer wariness regarding the product. Using the USA as an example, people can be fired for ingesting CBD. We needed a design that encouraged people to pick up the paper packaging anyway.

Design Inspiration

The Synergy BioNaturals brand was an enormous inspiration. The brand features a combination of science and natural elements. Then we examined the product itself. That gave our professional design team a few more paper packaging design ideas.

Narrowing Down the Final Options

The design team returned several paper packaging design concepts. We began considering those that best matched the brand standards. Then we compared those designs to the company’s direct competition. The idea we picked stood up to the competition.
