Prana to the People presented Stan Agency a unique challenge in cookie packaging design. The company created an organic, GMO-free, and common allergen-free cookie mix. This unique challenge warranted our top-rated quality design team.
Challenge Components
- Saturated market
- Overcoming gluten-free stigma
- Consumer taste wariness
Audience Research
We began with people who want an organic and allergen-free cookie mix. We found the primary market was mothers. These mothers wanted something they knew they could feed their allergen prone children.
Research as a Custom Cookie Packaging Design Firm
We then examined the trends around cookie packaging design. This began broadly in target markets such as the USA. Then we examined several cookie packaging designs from Prana to the People’s direct competition.
Bonus Challenge
The added challenge with this cookie packaging design project was overcoming the gluten-free products. Many companies do not care what texture their product comes out as. This has led to consumer wariness. We needed a method to overcome this in our cookie packaging design.
Design Inspiration
The major cookie packaging design inspiration was creating an old-fashioned look. We knew established brands stood a better shot at selling, especially in the allergen-free market. We decided to mimic the look and match it into Prana to the People’s branding.
Element Decisions
The team did not agree regarding how to achieve the old-fashioned look. We decided to avoid cookie packaging design motifs during the research meeting. Beyond that, individual professional designers made decisions.
Narrowing Down the Final Options
The professional design team produced multiple cookie packaging concepts. We eliminated some immediately as too modern. Then we examined the remaining ideas for visual appeal and branding.
