Bo Vaping presented a unique problem to Stan Agency. The company creates vaping products and recently added CBD e-liquids to its lineup. The company needed a custom sticker packaging design for its tamper-evident box. We eagerly began working on the custom order.

Audience Research
Our first step was examining the audience for vaping. Bo Vaping is headquartered in France but sells products in the USA and Europe. We found that the vaping crosses demographic lines. However, young people are more likely to vape.
Research as a Custom Sticker Packaging Design Firm
We also examined the vaping industry and pod selling markets. Then we investigated several direct competitors’ sticker packaging designs. We noticed product labels tended to be illustrated rather than images. We also observed that regular e-liquid packaging was colorful, while CBD e-liquids tended towards minimalism.
Bonus Challenge
The added challenge with this sticker packaging design project was the consumers. Since Bo Vaping sells to a geographically diverse population, we needed a universal appeal. That meant figuring out how to convey the product safety and appeal in new ways.
Design Inspiration
The Bo Vaping brand served as the primary inspiration. We needed a sticker packaging design that conveyed the quality of the product. We also knew we needed the logos. Otherwise, the packaging might not stand on its own.
