Research as a Custom White Label Firm

Our research into the hand sanitizer market uncovered several trends. The most notable was the frequency of white and blue label designs. We also investigated Arabiwash’s direct competition. Those labels contained the same mix of color and text, which meant we needed to create a more innovative label design.

Bonus Challenge

Part of the challenge with a white label design for this project was considering the colors. Arabiwash intended to use a clear bottle with a clear product. This meant the white label would tend to blend in unless we incorporated it from the beginning.

Design Inspiration

Arabiwash’s brand provided some essential inspiration. The other primary inspiration source was what the product was replacing. While anti-microbial gel requires no water, water does evoke cleanliness for most people. We decided to use that association.

Narrowing Down the Final Options

Professional team designers produced several white label design concepts. We used the brand guidelines for the initial idea elimination. From there, we compared each design with the competition for eye-catching qualities.


The Arabiwash representatives we worked with were thrilled with the white label design. The company was able to quickly order both halves of the design. Once the product entered the market, Arabiwash sent Stan Agency a note indicating the company was receiving positive feedback.
