The Caring Company presented a unique design challenge to Stan Agency. The company creates products for adult care and needed an amazing minimalist label design for its new water-free wash gloves designed for the elderly. We accepted the project and began to work immediately.

Research as a Custom Minimalist Label Design Firm

The first design process step was research into market trends. We examined the adult care market in countries such as the USA. Then we looked at minimalist label designs on direct competitors. These two items supplied an item list we wanted to avoid later.

Bonus Challenge

The added challenge with this minimalist label design project involved the history behind the product. Historically, adult care has occurred behind closed doors. This produced a minor stigma around the products. We needed a minimalist label design that countered that perception.

Design Inspiration

The product provided many of the elements used. The minimalist label design needed to explain the product thoroughly. Our other inspiration was the previous minimalist label design projects. These also supplied knowledge while the team was creating concepts.

Narrowing Down the Final Options

The professional label design team created several minimalist design concepts. We then eliminated those that were too cluttered. For the remaining ideas, we focused on usefulness and practicality.

Result

The Caring Company team received the minimalist label design enthusiastically. The company has an existing production contract, so the new minimalist label design entered the market quickly. The Caring Company recently sent an email advising Stan Agency of its success.

The completed minimalist label design rested on a soothing purple background. We used white for all the labeling as it symbolizes cleanliness. The team enjoyed creating the detailed illustrations. We look forward to working with The Caring Company again as the company expands.
